Payment Options

After your teeth have been examined and a treatment plan has been agreed, you may request an estimate of the work to be done.

Payment is required at the end of each dental appointment.

You can choose to pay by cash, debit or credit card.

If you qualify for free dental treatment under the NHS, we will be able to discuss the details and give you advice.

If your are worried about the cost of dental treatment or find at any point charges are difficult to understand, please let us know.

Dental Charges

There are three NHS charge bands:

Band 1: £22.70 covers an examination, diagnosis, and advice. If necessary, it also includes X-rays, a scale, and polish, and planning for further treatment.

Band 2: £62.10 covers all treatment covered by Band 1, plus additional treatment, such as fillings, root canal treatment and removing teeth (extractions).

Band 3: £269.30 covers all treatment covered by Bands 1 and 2, plus more complex procedures, such as crowns, dentures, and bridges.

Remember if you are 18 or under and are in full-time education you qualify for free NHS dental care.
